"Clean"

"Our room was clean, but we only had one towel the first night. Housekeeping quickly brought more towels the next morning. Our room could have used a chair, maybe remove one of the nightstands. We also could not get our fireplace to work. Convenient 1/2 mile walk to Oaklawn."

"We chose this hotel because of the history behind things. We fell in love with the place our first trip to Hot Springs and couldn’t wait to stay here the second time. First off, parking is entirely sketchy and horrible unless you have a compact car as you can even turn around, but also the entire garage is crumbling. Literally. Then the hotel, had this horrible mildew smell throughout the entire place. There were hidden fees for amenities, which weren’t even available due to construction going on. Which is never ending from what we’ve truly gathered. The workers (as in construction workers) are also SUPER sketchy and were roaming halls at all times of the night and even at one point followed us to our room until they realized a third person in our group behind us then acted like they were trying to get into “their” room which was our second room. Upon telling the front desk, the lack of customer service from the jump only continued with the comment of “what you want me to do” The rooms were so gross. The shower still had hair from another stay in it. The mold was unbearable everywhere. The sheets were stained. I can go on and on but writing this brings the anxiety back. It’s already taken me months to be able to write this. Honestly, I hope this review saves anyone from booking here. Just visit but invest your money and time elsewhere. I’ve never left a bad review, but this one cannot go without warning others. "

"Close to town. Parking right outside front door. Clean room and bathroom."

"Property looks decent from the front but as you drive back it gets worse. The room wasn't the cleanest and there was a horrible leak coming from the room above that was leaking into our rooms bathtub. By the look of the ceiling the leak has been going on for sometime so I could only assume there was mold. I didn't know when I made this reservation that this hotel is a section 8 hotel. You would think this would be mentioned when making the reservation."

"This place is really great for the price point. Front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, and while the bed is firm it was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again "

"Judy was an amazing host. The rooms were spotless, and the attention to all details was 10/10. Breakfast every morning was delicious and very welcoming. Will definitely be coming back here! "

"Room was nasty, seemed like it wasn’t cleaned. The bathtub was filthy with a dead cockroach. My disabled daughter’s feet were filthy walking around the room. The room smelled awful, like cigarettes and a musty mess. "
