The staff at the reception and restaurant (Melissa) were super nice. They were happy to offer tips about where to go and what to see. The owner/caretaker even offered a ride to the railway station since we had luggage and it was raining. Awesome people. Highly recommended. "

Pension Gimmelwald is a great hotel, gives you a true mountain village experience. Rooms are spotlessly clean, staff is friendly and entertaining. Home cooked meals are fabulous.
