"The property it self was nice once you worked out the maze of entrances and where to find the Keys. Whilst there is parking it can be tight to navigate. upon arrival I was accosted by what I assume was a fellow guests looking for help in checking in, as it self check in. I felt a little swarmed and uncomfortable. The room itself was nice and spacious, clean and functional. Very Warm however due to the hot weather and a lack of aircon. "Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Very friendly and courteous. Room was spacious and had air conditioning which was a welcome addition as we were there during a heatwave! We found the bed very hard and most uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean and with nice toiletries. I cannot recommend the food. The menu is quite small. The food is poorly prepared. My husband had chilli con carne which was clearly microwaved and quite bland. I had a Caesar salad which I could not eat as it was...

"Only half the hotel being used. Wonder why? It has lovely silent air conditioning a must when it's in the 30s. Very comfortable beds"

"Convenient access if traveling to and from nearby airports. Rooms are basic, but absolutely no airflow, even with a fan, and very difficult to sleep when the room is so hot. In general, this is feedback for many hotels that don’t have air-conditioning and it will be an health and safetyissue that is going to need to be addressed sooner than later."

"Excellent hotel! Excellent staff. I arrived late due to being held up at work so called ahead, the chap on the phone was kind enough to wait 1hr30 past the check-in deadline for me to get there, thank you! Had only booked the single room for 1 night, while the room could be classed as a little snug it was nothing less than very comfortable. The room is very well presented and incredibly clean, bed was super comfy and bathroom was spotless and of a decent size. Paid extra for the Full English...
