"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! "Check in was delayed as they can't seem to find my Hotels.com booking and they spent sometime looking through the records. Staff were quite friendly and room size was quite big. There is a shopping mall right behind the hotel n it's quite a big mall with plenty of food and shopping. Also near industrial area for business folks. Overall, good experience!"
