"Staff always made sure we were situated, bar is 24 hours you have access to a 24 hour buffet but first come first serve. Really nice scenery with access to other resorts (RIU). just left today and I will be back."

"If you’re looking for a fun but relaxing place to go to Rui Reggae is the place for you. You’re also able to go to the other neighbor hotels that have different vibes. Rui Reggae is by far the best place to vacation. You have 3 different pools, the beach, swim up bars & fun games throughout your stay.The cleanliness of the rooms were excellent & also comes with a balcony. The STAFF was amazing whether you’re at the lobby bar/front desk, the buffet for breakfast, lunch, dinner, entertainment staff EVERYONE! You’ll feel welcomed, entertained & at home. "Overall is was a fair stay. The pool had construction next to it so we didn’t bother to use. The front door need a better secure lock. It had a deadbolt and it didn’t close properly. It looked like the front door was open most of the time. Honestly, if a light kick in, it would open. I didn’t feel to safe but luckily the police station was literally down the street… but also was under construction due to the passed Hurricane. The WiFi was horrible and the tv did not work properly. Speakers were blown out. No local cable or channels. Only streaming services in which you had to sign in using your own account. Just remember to sign out when you leave. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barbwire in the back patio which we didn’t even use. It just needs some small things to take in consideration."

"Great townhouse. Clean and up to date. The beach is far. And the pool advertised is not the properties pool. I would absolutely stay here again I’m a frequent visitor of the island. I will be back "

"SCAM. Avoid. The place looks nothing like the photos, the room had no FAN, no AC, no TV. Refused to let us into the apartment before signing our lives away & making additional payments for cleaning for ridiculous price given the dated space. "

"The room, staff, and the view of the water was breath taking. Truly loved my visit. This was my first solo trip to Jamaica and I felt completely safe going on the excursions as a single woman. The room was clean and the food was great. Definitely have to try the Rum Punch "
