"The waterpark is not really a waterpark. There’s a few small kids slides and a very small lazy river that only halfway works. The credits/coupons that you receive can’t actually be used at the spa or the dive shop, which is contrary to what they tell you when you check in. Essentially they are useless. You can’t get reservations for the Japanese place on your first day and if you don’t get them early enough on your second day, you can’t get reservations then either so you’re left with only a...

"The entire resort was absolutely beautiful. It did have a slight smell and I’m sure it was from the hall carpet from hurricane. Best part about that is my last day there they were closing to remodel. My husband and I are waiting for the opening to book next year."

"Very clean , staff or friendly. Breakfast was amazing Nikoy the server at breakfast was amazing with his service . Also the housekeeper’s did an amazing job , I would definitely stay there again . I had the ocean view and at nights it was very peaceful, also I tried the pool it was clean and surrounding areas as well."

"Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!"
