Top of My List of Places To Stay in Montego Bay

We had to make an unplanned stay in Montego Bay. I was very pleased with the staff and accommodations. Rooms were clean and the property was very secure.

Villa Guest House in Ironshore

Overnight only but this place is definitely good for large family groups cuz U have the whole house. TV's need adjustment so they can be viewed by guests. Info sheet by TV's could help... very pleasant quiet neighborhood & great view of the sea & Sandals sea huts in the far distance. Kitchen available so plan to cook for Urself. Cookware there. Just bring what U'd like to prepare to eat.

Horrific stay!!

When we arrived at the hotel our rooms was given to someone else the staff was incompetent we had no hot water or shower head to even take a shower the bed was not clean the bathroom war not clean hair on the floor it sounded like a party was going on it was horrible experience need to contact someone about this and the customer service lady was threaten to call police on us because she thought we didn't pay for the room but we did

This was ok for a 1 day stay. Pool wasn't clean, broken filter. Tub in bath didn't work. Air in 1 room and not the bathroom or other room. No lights in second room. Not worth the price to be honest. Quick night stay maybe, this was our only option due to airport situation. I just wished the pool was functioning, the only reason i picked this property.

I truly enjoyed my stay. The property was beautiful the staff was amazing the chef pleased the family with his cooking every night and morning worth the fee. The owner communicated well and I can’t wait to come back.... If there was any problem the owner addressed it I am grateful we picked this beautiful property to stay at.

We stayed in the Black & white room. It was generally ok. Nothing exceptional. The bathroom however needs improvement, eg one single dim lamp ( poor lighting) and no towel racks.

Omdat ik de enige huurder was had ik de complete villa voor mezelf. Super service, wat ging tot samen boodschappen doen en vervolgens werd het eten bereid door chef Mike. Prima verblijf,aanrader en zelf ga ik bij een volgend bezoek aan JA zeker weer daar verblijven!

Our room AC broke down. The manager came to our room and changed the setting and asked us to wait for 15 min. but he didb;t show up for next 2 hrs. Then he gave us fan for the night. The towel handle was broken. They didn't inform that hot water doesn't come unless we let the water run for 5-10 min wasting. There were ants in the room.

This place was amazingly spacious, clean and like having your own Jamaican mansion! Michael the house manager was the added bonus! We loved every single thing about our stay here and highly recommend it!!

Amazing view and even better staff.

This trip was amazing! Mike the chef was a wonderful hostess they made us feel safe and at home.We even got a driver who came and took us wherever we wanted. I'm so glad I booked this villa definitely coming back again.

Take this place out of your list is a house that is for sale and the security guy is renting the rooms, definitely not a hotel .

Nice Villa experience!!

The staff made us feel very secure. Everything was clean, pool was amazing, the jacuzzi has a beautiful view. The staff was very courteous. Convenient to stores and town. Nice overall!!

Too Far away

Not a hotel but more a house with rooms to rent. Beach view is from a hill quite far from the beach. Jason was very helpful. Would not recommend to anyone not would I stay there again as it is isolated and you definitely need a car.

'Bed and Breakfast' without the breakfast.

They didn't tell the staff that we had booked thru hotels.com, so we had to wait for 45 min before getting our room. It's a big house that had the bedrooms 'converted' into hotel rooms. Our bed was very uncomfortable. High security, gates with padlocks on every possible entrance- so I'll say we DEF felt safe. Jason the caretaker really wanted us to be comfortable- we appreciated him very much.
