"We had a wonderful stay at Vistalmar Beach Resort in Deerfield Beach. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. "Very disappointing stay at Ocean Villas Deerfield. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor felt greasy, as if oil had been spilled everywhere, making it slippery and uncomfortable to walk on. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here."

"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. "Staff was great, especially housekeeping. Breakfast was definitely a treat withade to order omelets. We had a fan that the blade came shooting off and hit the wall while we were there. The resort fees were not included, which is more on expedia than the hotel. Overall a good stay, rooms were nice. The ocean was not swimmable. The entire beach there is full of seaweed, wish we would have known before."

While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s.
