"Staying at The Boca Raton was a wonderful experience. The complex is beautiful. There are many options for activities as well as dining. What sets this hotel apart was the staff. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. "Very disappointing stay at Ocean Villas Deerfield. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor felt greasy, as if oil had been spilled everywhere, making it slippery and uncomfortable to walk on. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here."
