"We had a wonderful stay at Vistalmar Beach Resort in Deerfield Beach. The location is fantastic, just steps from the beach, and easy access to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The pool area was relaxing and perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway"

"Very disappointing stay at Ocean Villas Deerfield. The apartment was dirty and poorly maintained. The floor felt greasy, as if oil had been spilled everywhere, making it slippery and uncomfortable to walk on. Cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. I would not recommend staying here."

The resort fees were not included, which is more on expedia than the hotel. Overall a good stay, rooms were nice. The ocean was not swimmable. The entire beach there is full of seaweed, wish we would have known before."

"Excellent location. The room has everything you need- very cute. However, I encountered a cockroach. The place had a weird smell. While the finishings are somewhat updated as far as decor and flooring, when you look up close things that needed repair were not done properly. Cheap patch up job like slapping a bandaid on some things. Which made the unit feel not as nice as the photos convey. The bathroom needs a full gut- I don’t anything has been changed since the 1960s. "The room was relatively clean. The outside and lobby is pretty gross. They are supposedly renovating at least that’s what the sign said as to why they aren’t offering breakfast even though on the site it is advertised. I didn’t see any signs of renovation though. I was given a bath mat for a towel and 2 conditioners and no shampoo, which I didn’t realize till I was in the shower. If your looking at price only, then it is what it is. They are the most thoughtful group of employees I have encountered in all my travels. They provide a house car to take you to nearby locations as well as a property shuttle.
