Hotel Dekat Sudut Pandangan Matera dan Sassi

"Staff was excellent"

"Great communication and recommendations from staff for restaurants, etc. Breakfast was incredible both days. Nice to have a La Carte instead of the usual buffet. Very fresh and tasty. A wonderful experience."

"We love the greek theme and how well designed the hotel is. Staff was nice and helpful! The location is amazing, in the middle of the old city. The rituals are very interesting and should not be missed. What could be better? - our Bed mattress was too hard and very noisy. Wife would wake up every time I had to go to the restroom during the night. - swiming pool / jacuzzi was a nice touch, but water was not hot enough - room is somewhat dark and takes some time to get used to."

"A fantastic accommodation in the centre of Matera. Clean, fresh, charming and affordable. We had our own balcony with a lovely view. Our host Mimmo was very nice and very helpful. Highly recommended!"

"I loved it all, cannot wait to go back and stay a bit longer"

"L’emplacement etait très proche de la ville avec possibilité de stationner la voiture dans un garage. Faire tout à pied est un gros plus"

"Amazing room, breakfast and location. We love it!!!!!"

"We had a fantastic stay In The honeymoon room, it was warm, comfy, and the bath was amazing. Breakfast in bed before leaving was great. Parking is difficult in Matera but if lucky you can get a space right outside like we managed too. Antonio was great throughout our stay. "

"Fantastic experience from the get go. Communication, hospitality & excellent concierge. All delivered in a friendly & knowledgeable way by Simona. The accommodation was stunning & flawless & presented in such a way that complemented the beautiful city of Matera perfectly. Highly recommended!"

"i really liked my stay here, very special place and service was great!"

"Excellent"

"The best experience, everything was just great. Exceeded our expectations in all areas. Definitely stay their when come to Matera. No other luxury places beat it in Matera."

"the room was clean. Breakfast was coffee tea and espresso. Biscuits and fruit and cereal. The place was hard to find with GPS. From main road turn right at Egpt gas station go 200 yards up and on your left.Owner very helpful with restaurants and about the Sasses. The Sasses are about 500 yards down the street on your right."

"Buena ubicación Un baño excepcional Excelente atención por parte del anfitrión (Giacomo) Limpieza y orden 1000% Volvería sin dudarlo"

"Overall we enjoyed the room though it was actually part of an old building, not a true cave experience. The classic room was very small with little room for luggage or seating other than a desk chair and the bed. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom, shielded by a curtain, was fine. There was a complimentary bottle of wine and a tiny fridge that was stocked with items for purchase. There are no windows other than in the door so it was dim lighting and the bedside tables were tiny as befit...

"Love our stay at Il Palazotto, such a unique and beautiful experience. Our 2 night stay felt like a fairytale, a very surreal experience in a very unique area of the Sassi."

"The villa is very nice and close to Matera. Teresa and Antonella are great hostesses. They are very friendly and accommodating. Their breakfast presentation was great. The room was very charming and quiet. Great view."
