Cari Hotel di Basilicata

"Generally good, just the following observations: 1, wifi in our room is very weak, close to none. Sure it is a cave but we also stayed in another luxury cave hotel in Matera and their WiFi was superb. 2, for this price even including the SPA facikity, we expect just a bit more or lower price. 3, we booked a suite but the suite we had was slightly different from the one we saw on the Internet, both the hotel's and Expedia's. There was only one chair in our suite, and we were travelling as...

"This was such a sweet location tucked into the most fascinating city. I would fully recommend to anyone."

"The best experience, everything was just great. Exceeded our expectations in all areas. Definitely stay their when come to Matera. No other luxury places beat it in Matera."

"Super helpful and nice people."

"Absolutely beautiful property, magnificent room, very accommodating staff, and the location is the best in all of Matera.. we would love to go back again. Thank you"

"Great and cozy room for our family of 3… great and amazing views from the room, tasteful breakfast, friendly staff, makes your stay so easy that feels like home"

"We love the greek theme and how well designed the hotel is. Staff was nice and helpful! The location is amazing, in the middle of the old city. The rituals are very interesting and should not be missed. What could be better? - our Bed mattress was too hard and very noisy. Wife would wake up every time I had to go to the restroom during the night. - swiming pool / jacuzzi was a nice touch, but water was not hot enough - room is somewhat dark and takes some time to get used to."

"Die Lage & das Frühstück waren super. Würde es wieder buchen."

"We like the hotel, so close to attractions. Shuttle service is excellent! Breakfast is great. Room is clean and open floor plan. We would use it again when we go back!"

"Beautiful place. Great charm and character. Everything was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaraunt was spectacular. The rooms are carved into the caves so each one is unique. I was amazed how they were able to engineer plumbing and electricity in these caves. The only slight issue was the A/C was not working very well. Not a big deal. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to stay also."

"Clean room comfy mattress. Great location"

"The view is astonishing"

"Nice but public transportation difficul"

"Very Nice Spa!"

"The hotel was amazing. It was well appointed and beautiful. Being a former cave dwelling made it very unique. The staff was wonderful, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was lovely we would definitely come here again."

"Brilliant hotel has everything needed, unfortunately they was doing works on bottom floor but can only imagine how beautiful it will look when done. Reception staff could be a little more friendly as I did ask a question one morning about getting to a town and had eyes rolled at me. But overall clean and nice hotel definitely want to return."
