I was traveling alone, so this is especially important to feel safe and welcomed. However, even if I wasn’t traveling alone, I believe I would still feel that welcome and support, as this seems like a genuine priority for them. I got into town a couple of hours early before checkin, and they graciously found me a room to check in...
