Hotel Dekat Studio Jalan Abbey

"Good value for London. Hotel and rooms maintained to a very good, “fresh” condition. Very helpful and flexible staff. Rooms have good quality equipment and appliances - on the smaller side, but very much in line with London standards."

"This is the first time I’ve stayed at Dorset Square Hotel, but it won’t be the last. The combination of location, gorgeous interiors, and exceptional service makes it the perfect place to stay. An absolute gem."

"Personal war freundlich. Das Frühstück war toll. Das Zimmer war etwas staubig, aber gemütlich."

"We had a wonderful two-week stay during our trip to London. From the moment we made our reservation until the day we checked out, everything was seamless. The team was incredibly helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were quick and effortless. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the regular housekeeping service was excellent. "Clean quiet room in back of hotel facing courtyard no street noise on first floor .Comfortable bed . Breakfast excellant value staff was extremly friendly and helpful at breakfast."

"There were lapses in changing linens, leaving water, replacing tea bags, milk and biscuits. Overall the stay was good. Will stay again."

"the hotel doesn't have stair case, but the front desk staff, she is kind enough to help with our luggage to the 6th floor although the room is small, but it is so comfy with basic amneties. the shower room/toilet is super clean, and the water pressure is good it worth its price"

"It was a small but great room. The space is used well with storage under the bed and a pull out little table. The usb plug ins and lights by the bed are convenient. The staff were always available and very helpful."

"1. No toiletries upon check in. You need to wait for slippers and toiletries. 2. Room needs refurbishment. Broken chair, old furniture, toilet got molds at the corner and sink basin also not properly cleaned. 3. Staff at the cafe made fuss when I wanted to leave and come back during breakfast buffet time. I was told ‘You cannot eat twice’. Very shocking indeed."

"I was disappointed to find that there were no water or amenities refills on my last day. As these are basic expectations for any hotel stay, I was surprised that they weren’t provided. I hope this can be addressed for future guests. This keeps the feedback clear and constructive! Frankly, this will be my last visit to Novotel."

"Good for a 1 night stopover"
