"Wonderful host lovely clean rooms with air con would definitely stay again"

"Check in was nice and quick but unfortunately for us that is where it all went wrong. Firstly we were given the wrong room type and ok we could have looked past this but the heat within the room was unbearable. There was one fan left for us that hardly gave any relief of the heat and was positioned in a place no where near the sleeping area. There was the loud noise from an air con unit that again unfortunately was plugged in the opposite side of the suite. When I went to reception to complain...

"This was a lovely two night's spent. The room was clean and the staff was lovely. The area was right next to the highstreet with loads of shops, restaurants and even parks to choose from. "I stayed at the Hide for 3 nights in July 2026, at an executive double room (in case the room makes any difference). Room itself was amazing, but the hotel facilities were really good in general. Very clean, well-maintained, you felt really nice being in such an environment. The people that work there were also really friendly, and willing to help. Did not encounter any issues whatsoever, really happy with my stay."

"Air-conditioning was the issue . The staff for turn off the air-conditioner at 10 am we had a total of three rooms booked and two of them. The air-conditioner was not working. We had to call in the staff a few times to make sure the air-conditioner works. They were such hot days in London they should’ve made sure their air-conditioner works for their guests."
