"The staff were amazing when my daughter who has autism couldn't settle in the room. They found us an alternative room with seperate beds and where she could have the window open all night. (IYKYK) The breakfast was plentyful with many options and cooked to perfection. We found the location quiet with many amenities local to the hotel should you need them. Warner Bros Harry potter Studio only a short distance away, so was perfect for our visit. Would recommend this great value, clean and welcoming hotel. Only negative, the mattress was too hard for us.......but that's just how it is when staying away from home, and missing your own bed slightly 😁"

"Room was cold and run down, beds for kids are not great, provided kettle, sugar, milk cups but no tea or coffee to go with it. Biggest issue for us was breakfast, no acknowledgement that we had breakfast included at check in so no idea of timings. Breakfast itself was poor quality, and worse cold, the heat lamps clearly don’t work, tables not cleared the gentleman looking after the dining area had a Bluetooth headset and was clearly on the phone chatting away to someone instead of doing his job. Apparently you don’t provide teaspoons (ridiculous), also paper coffe cups, why not proper glassware. "

"The greeting was amazing at the Hadley, bright airy bedroom , good lighting and big modern tv and the bathroom was very smart, the star of the show was the breakfast full English perfect in every way Well done that man. The bit that let you down is the cleaners cobwebs on three walls, dirty bedding and carpet as well as the base of the shower, obviously we had the bedding sorted but the following morning in come the whirlwind cleaners, change the bottle of water by the kettle, change the towels and gone not a hoover or duster in sight."
