"Helpful friendly staff "

"The room was spotless the staff were courteous. This hotel was an absolute surprise for what I what expecting. The DoubleTree by Hilton in Borehamwood is a delight. Great Room. Excellent amenities. Layout of the hotel is really nice. Room layout was great. Big floor space and incredibly comfortable. Huge TV, good channel options. Bed was very comfortable. The parking is a great plus and there is ample parking available. Nice Bar. East swift Check-in. Although they were running two events...

"Honestly for the money (£55) it doesn't get any better, room was modern, clean, bed was huge and very comfortable, staff were pleasant. I paid £15 for the late check out, rolled downstairs had the breakfast buffet which was absolutely fine for the money, went back up had a nap till 12 then left. Stunning value for money "

"Very clean rooms, comfy beds, hot water, good pressure, breakfast, 2 minute walk to West Hendon Station, lots of shops nearby and close to Brent Cross shopping center. Second time of staying here and will come back next time. "

"The rooms were spotless and the staff both at reception and housekeeping were kind and courteous. We stayed in an access room and it met our needs for wheelchair access. A small bugbear was having to hold the door open to gain access to the room. We will be going again next week for another 5 night stay."

"Fab location, plenty of public transport links via London buses, plenty of on street parking. Studio was excellent, clean, great facilities, lovely toiletries, bath sheets smelt amazing! Check in was smooth ( do check junk/spam emails on day of arrival!). Local area has plenty to offer. We stayed 2 nights, 1 for an event at ally pally - walkable, 2nd night we went into central which was 40 mins on bus and tube. Wouldn't hesitate to return. You are on a busy main road so if a light sleeper bring...
