"It was in an ideal location. I had to reach out to the host for check in. Everything was smooth, but I asked for some extra blankets and towels, and the host ignored my message. You can see he had read it but he didnt respond. For this reason I was let down. He also could have given more details of the place to make it more convenient for travellers. But basic. In terms of the apartment he only gave 2 extra bin bags for a 4 days stay. We had go out and get our own. And there was no where to...

"My experience was terrible and very bad, I booked it for two nights but I couldn’t even stay for more than 3 hours, I found 3 insects in the room, and we were not comfortable with my items being in the room. Even the bed and bathroom were not clean and the floor were dusty. When I told the receptionist that I am leaving, she just said she is sorry and they didn’t offer anything in return, I feel I have thrown my money away! Very bad experience and I don’t recommend it for anyone."

"The room had a very great view, the staff that met us at the lobby was very nice and helpful as well as accommodating. The only reason I put 3 stars is because the bathroom smell was just terrible. Smelled like urine and I am not sure if it’s just the piping or what. But this is not the first time we stayed in Berjaya Times. I hope they will fix it for future stays."
