チェックイン時にフロント探すのに時間を要しましたが、24時間オープンしているフロントがあり親切に対応頂けて助かりました。 部屋もメゾネットタイプとなっており1人滞在には十分な広さでした。 隣にモールがあり、買い物、食事も全く不便ありません。 次回も利用させて頂きます。

This hotel honestly it’s amazing. It has infinity pool amazing hotels amazing rooms. Everybody is so nice and kind. It was just a little confusing because it’s a big building. It has A side and also has a B side that was a little bit confusing but I get used to it. You have a mall right next to you. You have a 7/11 store first floor outside open 24/7 first when I walked in I got suspicious they need to renovate building A first floor that’s from the back because first impression is everything Building B it’s amazing

I travel with my friend and yes we're very excited because the location is nearby to mrt we can travel around kuala lumpur much easier. Plus the staff very helpful also give us suggestions the place that must have to visit. The accommodation very comfortable felt like my own home. Must visit again 🙂🙂🙂🙂

Great overnight stay

The pool was amazing, and one of the reasons we pick this place. It was quite busy at the check-in and check-out, so don't wait till last moment if you have to leave for the airport for example. There is a store with food options downstairs which was very convenient.

Of course! Here’s that added in: One star. Avoid this hotel at all costs. The entire place smelled like sewage—so bad my sister threw up. The room was filthy, the air conditioning leaked, and it looked nothing like the photos. The staff were extremely rude, and when we had to leave and check into another hotel, they were no help at all. Absolutely horrendous experience.

Great Room and Pool

I really like the room very clean and specious, near the best part for food and shopping. Great view of Petronas Tower from the pool. The only down side i think is that we have to put a deposit or else they wont let you check in and they prepared cash.

The check-in process was unnecessarily difficult. The office is poorly signposted and difficult to find, and we were required to pay a RM200 cash deposit, which was frustrating as we were only in KL for a short stay and had deliberately not carried much cash. After finally getting our keys and reaching the 43rd floor, we opened the door to a strong musty smell. Worse, there were ants crawling all over the bed and hair left on the windowsill. For a four-star apartment, this is completely unacceptable. Finding ants in your bed is not a minor inconvenience; it is a basic cleanliness issue. We immediately contacted Expedia, while my partner went to the office to complain in person. To their credit, we were moved to another room, which was considerably nicer. However, we shouldn’t have had to complain in the first place. The rest of our stay was actually pleasant. The pool area is large and enjoyable, although there are very strict rules regarding swimwear. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service was obvious at checkout. There was no “How was your stay?”, no acknowledgement of the problem and not even a simple apology for the ants in our bed. Very disappointing. Overall, the apartment could be good if you get a clean room, but I would personally spend my money elsewhere for a better experience at the same price. P.S. to the staff: Check-in took around 1.5 hours of our holiday. With two staff members at the desk, surely one could spare five minutes to guide guests.

Poor customer service It took them 4 HOURS to get us settled in. And we have an infant. All that 4 hours and they gave us dirty rooms. There were stains on the bedsheets, pillows, and bed frame. The towels were stained and dirty. There was dust and hair all over the floor. When we complained at the reception, they didn’t do anything to make it better. They gave us another room and it was the same situation. A dirty room. There were ROACHES in the hallways!!! In front of the room and other floors as well!! Parking was a nightmare. The listing was 13 myr per night, but they charged us 37 myr. They told us they don’t have parking available yet their listing has parking for a fee of 13 myr per night. They sent us on a goose chase because they have 2 blocks. With no direction, they sent us to block A. Rooms were dirty so we went back to reception, and they sent us to block B…..with no direction. With an infant. We asked them to give us a refund or to answer Expedia who was trying to reach them through phone AND email. They deliberately ignored the calls and email. Worst stay ever. Never booking again.

Hébergement propre et très bien équipé. Néanmoins canapé-lit pas du tout adapté pour y dormir même pour des enfants. Il ne sagit pas d'un hôtel à proporement parlé mais d'une entreprise qui gère des biens détenus par des propriétaires. Aucune indication pour retrouver l'hôtel. Mais des vigiles peuvent aider.

レセプションの場所が分かりにくいですが、建物の周りには警備員さんがいるので、聞くと教えてくれます。 たくさんの方が宿泊されていて、4台エレベータがあってもなかなか来ません。 モノレール駅からQuillモールを通り抜けたら、すぐの場所で、便利です。 ランドリー（乾燥はなし）と、ミニキッチンが備え付けで、住むような感覚で滞在できました。窓から見えるツインタワーの景色も良かったです。

The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was really good, spacious and neat. Though I'd work a bit on vacuuming the floors. It's just a small thing though, overall a great value for the price. The view couldn't remove a smile from my face

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There are 2 small grocery shops on the ground floor, one of them is open 24/7. I was really impressed by the view from the pool area and the gym. The property is in walking distance to public trasportation and Petrin towers for people who like to walk. The rooms do not include housekeeping but there is a washing machine and dryer in the room. I recommend this property.

Checking in was a pain they had and office with staff on had just didn’t tell you where it was or how to get there. No towels to dry cutlery.
