"This was the second time we stayed at Shin-Yokohama Associa Hotel on our way to the airport at Haneda. We especially like the ease of getting to the hotel after getting off the bullet train and then taking the bus to Haneda from the same building. In addition, the hotel is clean and bright. The staff are patient and helpful. The lounge is a nice amenity."

"Very clean rooms!"

"I really liked this hotel! The building and rooms were very clean, and the kitchen was well-equipped with cutlery, plates, a sharp knife, a pot and a pan. Having a washing machine with detergent provided was a huge plus. I also liked the 3-part bathroom with the advanced ventilation settings. It was perfect for drying clothes after washing. The location is great with many stores nearby and it's only a short walk to the train stations. Check-in and check-out were easy: you just use the tablet in the lobby to connect with an operator and give your 8-digit code. (I also received a 4-digit code and a different manual, so don't let that confuse you!) The hotel also provides a very helpful document on how to get there from the airport. If you have the chance, make sure to walk to the river - the scenery is amazing! I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again."

"We had a wonderful stay at Futako Tamagawa Excel Hotel Tokyu. The room was lovely and very clean, and the location was excellent for exploring the area. A real highlight was the onsen on the 29th floor — such a relaxing bonus with great views. The staff were friendly and spoke good English, which made everything easy. We’d happily stay here again."

"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Pulitzer Jiyugaoka Tokyo and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is absolutely perfect — set in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of charming cafés and places to explore right on the doorstep. It’s also just a short, easy walk to the railway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Tokyo. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and it was a real bonus that they spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. Our room was impressively spacious for Tokyo and had all the amenities you’d expect, making it very comfortable and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. Overall, a brilliant hotel in a great location — we would definitely stay here again."

"Convenient location to the Shinkansen train station. Older property that still uses an actual key and not a keycard. Price was fair considering the oldness of the hotel. It served its purpose. "

"Plenty of restaurants, grocery store , convenience stores and other shopping. Train stations right there as well as taxis. Short trip to Haneda airport, and Yokohama station. The rooms and hotel were very clean and staff was great from cleaning to front desk. It was quite and comfortable. "
