"What a gorgeous property! Received an upgrade to a corner suite which was not only large but had spectacular lake views. Felt like royalty. Dined at Le Relais where both the food and service were excellent. The hotel is adjacent to a funicular and an easy walk to town. The staff are wonderful. A truly fantastic stay. Highly recommended!"

"I booked this hotel mainly because it is near the station and I wanted to travel around the Ticino region by train. I wasn't expecting such a charming property that reflects the grand era of travel of a century ago. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, all within a couple of minutes walk.
