"Wonderful staff. Extremely helpful in all ways, with the checkin, luggage, what to do, where to do to eat. The breakfast was delicious and a huge buffet. Omelettes made to order. Great location right in the heart of Monterosso's old town. Would definitely go back there!"

"The perfect place to access Cinque Terre. If you want to stay close but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle this hotel is for you. The free shuttle service to and from the train station is a perfect amenity. The location of the hotel is gorgeous, views are exceptional. The rooms are spacious and very clean. "The host and hotel were amazing! The host greeted us the reception and gave us a detailed explanation of the accommodation as well as all the attractions and tips in Manarola. The room was very spacious and really nicely decorated, and it had all the necessary amenities and more. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Cinque Terre area."

"What a wonderful place to stay! The views are gorgeous, the staff is so helpful and the room was spotless. We loved the breakfast too- so many choices, even for picky eaters. We hiked at Cinque Terre all day and then came back for a swim and it was the perfect day! The beach in the next city Bonassola is easily walkable along a trail. "Apartment was clean but very limited, no night stands, no luggage racks. Tucked in the alcoves with some stairs to climb to get in. There is a bar very near and people were partying in the ally until late in the evening and porters were cleaning and moving stuff very early in the morning. Beds could use some updating. "

Kayak people weren’t very helpful or friendly- bring water shoes if you’re going in the water. The host was very friendly and helpful with info.
