"DO NOT BOOK!!! We got to town around 3pm and the hotel was closed and there was no response (check-in began at 12:30 according to the listing and there were suppose to be staff until 11pm). Called all 3 numbers listed on the door and the calls "could not be completed." Checked my email and the hotels.com listing to make sure I had not missed any messages but there were no messages. Ended up booking another hotel last minute."

"Nice renovated and modern B&B. Room was ok. Bed stands were a little dirty. Breakfast was small but sufficient.
We had the room towards the hill side of the house so we only had a side window with no view which felt a little like in a prison due to very little light coming in.
The B&B has some nice possibility to sit outside but due to horrible mosquitos it was not possible to use this.
Also this location is located around 2km outside of the city. One fast and cheap option to get to La Spezia is...
