"The breakfast was not a buffet but freshly made tomorrow from the kitchen which was wonderful and it was great. Did not use the pool . The bathroom is a cramped and would be for two adults. Parking is also not free so something to bare in mind."

"Our dog friendly room was perfect! We even had our own little garden. Room was spotlessly clean with a huge bed. Extremely dog friendly. Staff were helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely. Enjoyed our stay here very much. We will always stay here now when we visit Lytham. "

"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. Positives first: the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the location is excellent for the city centre, and the shower was lovely. However, several issues affected our stay. The room had no proper curtains, so light came through the blinds, making it hard to sleep. There was also a skylight with a blind that couldn’t be closed due to its height, which made this worse.
