"Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good. Made a breakfast bag for days I needed to leave early. I was told by a receptionist that I can take imperial bus two block from the hotel and go to the airport. The bus actually didn't go to the airport and I had to take Uber. I waisted about one hour of my time in the bus. Later I checked with the AI and apparently there is no bus that goes to the airport. Please correct me if I am wrong, so other guests won't face the same problem."

"Loved this place, felt so safe and welcome, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the owner is such a sweet kind man and cared for me when i had issues with cancellations from other tours and had to stay longer, the only issue is the shower is very weak. "Lo busqué por cercanía con Wanchaq Perú Rail y tiene ubicación privilegiada. Me ofrecieron lunche el día de mi excursión en tren ya que no podría tomar el desayuno. Agua disponible 24/7, te olvidas de comprar para beber. Traslado aeropuerto-hotel-aeropuerto solo incluye un viaje, el segundo lo pagas tú. En general, excelente!!. Volveré a Warari. "
