"Beautiful venue and location in London , away from all the tourist crowds which happens at the week-end. Perfect typical Four Seasons service standards- everyone is so friendly with a non-frosty , arrogant nature. Always wanting to support or engage when necessary. "I did a solo trip to London for 5 days and I could t have chosen a better hotel within my budget. I had zero problems. No complaints. The location was great for my budget, a short walk from the tube, it was spacious, looked nice and had everything I needed. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. It was very clean when I got there + Will say I didn’t use any of the appliances outside of the microwave and full sized fridge. I also very much enjoyed the towel warmer. Great stay!"
