The newly renovated Cerulean level room was even better then the standard level rooms we've stayed in before. Probably the hotel that has the most spacious rooms on average compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Perfect location and always exceeds expectations."

"At first glance this hotel seems like it will be a fun experience, but no. -There is only one elevator for the whole hotel, so it can take about 10mins or more to get to your floor or the front desk. -There is no seat coverings for the toilets, so its a hot bed for getting sick. -The fans in your capsule are a joke. You will roast. -Staff members coughing into their hands, as they lay out breakfast. -No fresh linens unless you pay. Nasty. -No staff after 1am. When someone's card key didn't...

"Hotel is centrally located to all the major attractions. Rooms are a little on the small side but that is typical for hotels in Japan. I wish they had more laundry machines because there were only two machines to serve 12 floors. Otherwise, the amenities were great."

"Location is about a 10-15 min walk from the Shibuya Station, Great if you take the Airport Limo to the Mark City Station and just walk to the property. Its located off the main road there making to a quiet place. Plenty of shopping, and food places just a few blocks away and near the Shibuya crossing."
