"Great location, has the potential to be great but... When I book a room it's because I need a bed for the night, I like that bed to be of a standard not some hard cheap mattress. And while there you expect the place to be clean, not like someone has just eaten a meal off the carpet. Also when booking for 5 people I expect 5 towels, not 1. To then have emails bounce back and phone numbers not connecting when you try calling for more towels is bad form. The property is done on the cheap and so is...

"The property looked exactly like the photos displayed.However,upon arrival, there was no tv,no wifi,soiled towels, broken window latch (whereby someone could easily climb through into the property),broken kettle,scuffed walls l, broken rangehood and stove top.These issues were raised when discovered and I was promised a refund for of 20% for everyday of my stay until wifi is available. It has been almost over 3weeks now and i have yet to receive my refund and an update from the team. Response...

"The main room door cannot be locked. Well secured parking at the basement. Easy access to the apartment. Smart TV is available with Netflix. Able to do laundry and cooking. Near to supermarket, St Kilda Pier, Brighton Beach and to the city! "
