"We drove for over 3 hours after working all day, we arrived at 2am to check in. No one at the desk but two people sitting in the lobby say "she will be back soon" Almost 25 mins later. Check in was so frustrating, especially since one of the people in the lobby was staff. She did not try to call or find out where her co-worker was for us. Very unprofessional of her to leave her post unmanned for so long."

"The view was great. Staff were Okey, but unfortunately, there was a lot of small insects inside the cabin. Once we checked in, we tried to turn on all the appliances and the AC was not working. Called the number on the book and was referred to the staff at the site and Informed us that it is not working and could not tell us when it is going to get fixed. So we have to open all the windows. I e-mailed the office asking maybe to give us a discount on our stay but, sad to say we've checked out...

"This is our second time staying here. The staff is fantastic, location is great and the rooms are huge. We were hoping the place overall would have updated things some since we were last here but that wasn’t the case. A coat of paint, fixing up this leaky toilet, sink and shower, the broken screen door lock, the display on the air conditioner….none of these things were deal breakers for us at this point but would be nice to see in the near future."

"the unit i stayed at the 10th floor is extremely cold in the room. when I checked in, I was surprised to see staff already in my unit changing the heater, they are very nice. however, the whole unit still feels cold. furthermore, I have booked the exact same room type for all my stays in this hotel but the staff on the 28th of December claimed that the room that I booked for the 29th is a lower tier without kitchen. He then proceeded to claim that he will upgrade for me to the room with kitchen for free for the 29th. This is ridiculous. I have attached my reservation pictures showing it is exactly the same."
