"Perfect 4-night stay in Downtown Toronto! We loved the hotel (I travelled with my husband). Exceptionally curteous, professional and kind reception personnel, granting us a much appreciated early check-in and late check-out. Lovely, spacious, quiet, super clean room (with king bed) and bathroom. Incredibly efficient and helpful house keeping staff, who e.g. increased the room temperature for us and provided an extra blanket - they also serviced the room beautifully every day. We greatly enjoyed the lobby bar for Happy Hour drinks and the hotel's 'Thirty' Lounge later at night. Perfect location: Yonge St, Toronto' most famous street, is only 150 away with fabulous cafés, restaurants, shopping, e.g. Eaton Centre' with 350 shops. We walked everywhere from the hotel, includ. Toronto University, Royal Ontario Museum, Kensington Markets, Distillery District, etc. A metro station 150m from the hotel or call a taxi/Uber if you prefer to do less on foot. The neighbourhood felt safe. Fun Irish Pub across the street and a sensational 'Loblaws' grocery store/food court at the corner Carlton/Church St is worth visiting for lunch. "

"Hotel is nice. Centrally located so walking was not an issue. Room was clean and well appointed. Bar fridge was a bit noisy. Tim at the desk was very pleasant and professional. The warm cookies at check is always a treat."

"I have stayed here several times. It's convenient to the airport the food for in the restaurant is absolutely delicious. And their check-in staff are remarkable. They have a new person on the desk when I was checking out in the morning and it was a refreshing change he was so so pleasant I'm so glad to see that this has happened. The rooms are clean and large and beds are comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel."

"We stayed at this hotel for a 6am flight. The planes were loud over head and I just wish they had a few things to grab for breakfast for an early flight as the breakfast doesn’t open until 6am. No coffee available "
