My husband waiting a good 30 min with no acknowledgment and it wasn’t busy. This happened 2 nights in a row. Someone from the food area noticed he hadn’t been helped and helped him get his drink. Super disappointing and not sure what that was about since other people were getting served with no issues. Other than that everything else was great. "

The hotel was clean and modern, and in a great location for walking to the mag mile, Millennium park and more. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the city!"
