"I had to park on the street and I had a Handicap Placard yet I still received a ticket for $125 I have photos that would blow your mind "

I laughed with the staff about wanting to stay here because my last name is Platt..... (a few letters longer). I had a magical stay. I enjoyed the rooftop. The service was prompt. The rooms were clean, the showers worked, i'm in downtown new york city, what else can you ask for? Next time I come to new york, I'm staying here especially now that I know the neighborhood better."

"Very clean and conveniently located. 6 minute walk from penn station , very close to koreatown as well. Check in is at 4pm, but they were able to hold my luggage before check in. Room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and there were lots of storage spaces for luggage and clothes. I was traveling solo, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are as well. About 50 minutes total trip from JFK if using public transit, but all the transit you need to use is the train from penn station...

"Sadly, I was in NY for my sister’s funeral and had to extend my stay. The staff was so very kind and accommodating knowing it would be best for me to be able to stay in the same room. Cassia and especially Lukasch were so very kind, compassionate and helpful. It was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there the next time I’m in Manhattan."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Has nothing "resort" about it and also got charged 500$ "smoking fee" and neither of me or my girl smoke so they are a bunch of scammers"

"We were there for 5 days. We’re told they’d clean every other day. They never cleaned our room. I paid extra for CITY VIEW!!! Our view was of another building. No city view!!! They were under construction that wasn’t told to us before hand. "
