"Convenient location so close to airport and a few miles from the strip. We didn’t use the airport shuttle, but some members of our group did. Room was clean, with daily housekeeping. Front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was typical hotel fare. "

On arrival we have been greeted by friendly reception staff who will immediately honour or confirm any special requests or shuttle bookings as part of the check in process. Unfortunately one person on check in this time was quite rude and dismissive and would not interact because "my computer is not working" . They then spent time at reception reading and refusing to interact even after the computer was supposedly up and running. we were left...
