"in general the stay was excellent, although it shows a sign of wear and tear in the balcony (it is still safe and sturdy) or in the spa/swimming area, all seem to keep in good condition. staff are all helpful and friendly, we were staying in the tiger bay floor (top floor) and it was quiet, the bed is comfortable and the view from the room is very nice. We will be staying again."

"I'm in a wheelchair so requested an accessible room. One of the best/most accessible rooms i've stayed in. There is a big wide ramp out front with plenty of disabled parking. Room was large and open for maneuvering and bathroom had a sink, shower and toilet setup that was well thought out and simply just worked. "Easy hassle-free access to building in a great area ( just past Cardiff Castle near Sophie Gardens nearby). The 2 bed apartment ( with en-suites) was very clean with good decor. Very comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. We had a very quiet and chilled stay. Kitchen/community room was very well equipped. Would definitely try and book again in the future."
