"This is my go to Hotel every time I’m in London - it’s so well equipped, so easy to access on the Elizabeth line from Heathrow and really handy bing close to Westfield Stratford is really starting to buzz with a lot of cultural options that weren’t there a few years ago the hotel has fantastic amenities and a great restaurant bar. The Japanese restaurant in the building is stratford’s best kept secret. The staff are always so attentive and friendly."

"Pro: we got a bigger room which is meant for handicapped guests; kitchen is complete however no seasoning provided ; water is refillable near lobby lift ; location is fantastic near to Westfield mall and Stratford station with 5 tube lines Con: only provide 2 coffee capsules for 4 nights stay, need to buy our own ; reception service is under expectation except Benito’s service is 👍"

"I had the biggest room booked for the best view. I paid extra for everything but at the day when I arrived at 2 nice booked I came in. I checked in on the Ac was on full low. I asked them to increase it and they said it’s working it’s just gonna take 15 minutes to start up and I kept just hearing 15 minutes every hour the Ac never turned on. It was too hot in the room open windows nothing worked ended up leaving, couldn’t stay the night."

"Perfect location for athletics. Quick route back to Waterloo and an abundance of bars and restaurants within a stones throw (always good idea to book no matter how late, as best ones get booked up quickly). Staff always helpful with good selection of cocktails. Rooms clean and bed really comfy and although they provide earplugs, we’ve never been disturbed by trains and stayed numerous times. Another enjoyable stay."

"Extremely noisy and unable to sleep until well past 23.30 hrs when the bar shut. Even after that, water noises and pipes rattling. The location was good for our purpose of visit and rooms were decent with tea/coffee and a good size towel provided. Aside from the noise, the lack of Reception staff and communication between management and Reception/cleaning staff needs to drastically improve! My daughter,a student in London, stayed the night before we arrived and arranged WITH MANAGEMENT via email...
