"I really enjoyed the location. It felt like living as a Parisian, right in the middle of everyday city life. The area is vibrant both day and night, with people constantly on the move or simply enjoying themselves, and plenty of small, unique restaurants to explore.
That said, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the ideal spot. The neighborhood has an active nightlife, with open cafes and music well into the evening.

"The location was amazing! I had read reviews that the Ubers or cabs would not take you all the way up to Montmartre and that we would need to climb the many stairs to reach the apartment self . That was not true. We never had issues getting Ubers to drop us off but did have a tough time getting picked up early Sunday am to head to the train station. We are an active family and walked everywhere from this location or took a train. The number of stairs to get to this area easily 180 steep...

"I would 100% recommend this apartment building. It was so close to the Eiffel Tower , metro station and so many great restaurants. The AC worked well during the heat wave as well."

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc.
The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"We've just checked out after staying there during Paris' extream heatwave. No matter how lower I set the AC, its temperature won't go down than 25 or 26 degree. When I reached out to the managing team, they said that it is the best when considering the outside temperature almost 40 degree. So we had to endure the mediocure room temperature eventhough we paid quite alot for the room. We checked in another hotel and found its AC is working perfect and very comfortable. "Fully equipped studio unit suitable for a couple. Location was fairly central if you don’t mind walking or taking the metro to major sights. No restaurant on site but numerous restaurants and cafes outside the door of the hotel. Groceries close by as well."
