"East check in, clean room, nice breakfast. Our room faced the river with a balcony which was so relaxing. A little oasis in the busy town of pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood. "

"Room was decent with a nice view of the creek. I did not realize that there were two buildings which is fine but the second building is across the creek. We had to drive over to breakfast which is fine for us but other people may not like that. Breakfast was not good. The eggs were watery and no bagels. The best part was the biscuits. Tried to get apple juice and it came out as water. I have been in way worse hotels so this one was a good stay for a few nights minus the breakfast. "

"Well, not ever stay here again very misleading night manager that checked us and was very rude. Did not get what I paid for. The pool was cold as ice."

"The room was clean, beds comfortable and staff was friendly. Have no real issues..the door handle to the shower was extremely loose and needed to be tightened but that was the only issue, which I made them aware of upon checkout. Overall it was good."

"overall hotel was good. very good price. breakfast good, could use more than 1 choice for the meat. sausage every day! plenty of breakfast seating with outside tables. 3pools a plus. rooms comfortable, 1 complaint the floors were very dirty. everything else was clean."

"Nice, well equipped and loved the balcony room along the river. Pool and hot tub looked nice and clean but were so busy we never got a chance to use."

"The property was not taken care of, run down, dirty! We stayed a total of 5 hours so my mother could sleep. Checked out early and didn't even stay in pigeon forge after dealing with the front desk it was a very stressful ruined the trip. The worst traveling experience I've had. Truly disappointed. I'm not sure where they can came up with their prices either you can get a newer clean hotel in the area for the same price! I was not the only guest who checked out early.
