"We stayed here from July 12th-15th. The property was super clean, comfortable and set up was super convenient with coming and going multiple times a day. It felt more secluded that it looked. It was surrounded by so many attractions and restaurants. It was wonderful that this property offered multiple areas to swim, with each pool being clean and fun. This helped limit overcrowding. We plan to book here again on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!"

"Great stay! The rooms were clean, and the common areas, hallways, lobby, all smelled freshly clean and was spotless. I really enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was great, indoor and outdoor pool options, and a snack bar was available with ice cream, microwave meals, and snack/candy options. Close to the main drive - Parkway, yet secluded a block or two off the main road. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again. "

"The property has a great pool and a wonderful location that is truly in the center of everything. The size of the room was great for our party with three young children. However our room was not cleaned. We had to ask four times on our second day for the room to be cleaned and it was still not done by 7:30pm which was very hard with the children. "We enjoyed this place for our family as we were in town for an event at the LeConte center. It was nice that if sone of our party didn't have to be there as early, they could walk to the event center. It is also very close to the Ripkin baseball fields. The 1 bedroom suite style was very nice for our family of 5 to have a home away from home. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My only suggestions for improvement is to open breakfast a tad earlier. "What a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, very clean, and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen that made our visit even more comfortable.
