"Convenient location if you're going to visit around Vatican City and St. Peter Square. Host Silvia is very helpful and attentive. There is a shuttle bus connecting from/to airport T3 to/from the apartment (with 15 mins walk from/to bus station). We stayed 2 nights. Room was clean and spotless."

Since the building has an elevator (which is not common in Rome because of the old buildings), it’s comfortable to reach the rooms. The best installation, all modern, clean and perfectly functional. "We had a wonderful experience at Folia B&B. Chiara was very helpful and spoke great English. She tidied the room every day. The shared kitchen was immaculate. There was refrigerator and freezer space available. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient. Coffee, tea, juices, yogurt, toast, jam, cereal and milk, supply refreshed everyday.
