All three windows had no view at all. When I brought it up to staff they said that the room qualified as a Lake View and would not reimburse me or move me to another room. "The location is ideal - cross the street and you are greeted with a large park which looks well maintained. There are plenty of dining options in the area within walking distance. Rideshare or cabs are plentiful. The staff were terrific. From the front desk to the maid service. All were friendly and asked me if there was anything I needed. "I arrived a bit early. They didn't allow me to check in early, although it was confirmed the previous guest had left. I asked a kind favor to prioritize cleaning my room first but it was not entertained. I asked to switch to another room that is ready and has been cleaned but my request was rejected.
