"The hotel was one of the best I've stayed at! It was a 5-10 minute walk from all of the restaurants and attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was on the small side but it had all of the amenties we needed. I would definitely recommend the Grand Normandy Hotel."

"This is such a charming hotel with history. We stayed in the library room and it was amazing. Very spacious and comfortable. It had two windows that looked out right onto the canal. It has some great restaurants within steps of the hotel. It’s also a short walk into the heart of Brugge so can easily access all that Brugge has to offer, but then it’s far enough away from the main attractions that it makes it feel quaint and private when you retreat for the evening. We would absolutely stay here...

"Nice spacious room. Hotel excellent base for visiting Bruges. It is on the outskirts rather than in the centre but is next to the station. Was ideal for us to get off the train and unpack. Short walk into town and then back on train the next day. If you use the Visit Bruges app the walk starts just across the road from the hotel."

"A friendly little hotel in the center of town, close to the beach. Wouldn't recommend when there's an event at Grote Markt because it's literally facing right that way so it can get very very loud. The bathroom had some signs of usage but nothing wild. I did appreciate the soap, shower utensils and water provided for free. Otherwise, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the property itself is well cared for. "

"The hotel was recently renovated and was beautiful and felt luxurious. While our room was small, it had everything we needed. The bar and breakfast area were also lovely. Although we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, we did take advantage of the bar and it was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and feel like to was a bargain for the quality of what they deliver."
