This cozy hotel with marvellous staff is a gem in the heart of Ostend. It’s location is very central: 15 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the beach and 5 mins to the shopping street. Breakfast was also more than ok, with lot of choices. The coffee could however have been better. The deluxe room was very spacious and clean. Fantastic stay!

Lovely hotel just a short walk to the seafront. Hotel very clean and fresh. Staff really welcoming and friendly. Car parking right outside the hotel at €20 a night. Spacious bedrooms - well appointed although would have welcomed tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Shower excellent and comfortable bed. Cosy bar area on the ground floor. Dining room spacious and wide choice of breakfast options. Buffet dinner option although didn’t partake as there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Have already booked for next year. Highly recommended.

Super hôtel les gens sont sympathique

Tout était parfait l'accueil super sympathique rien à dire je recommande vivement mais je pense juste qu'il devrais adapté un plus les chambres pour les enfants de 0 à 3 ans genre des petites toilettes une table à langer place de parking mais demandé à l'avance si vous pouvais réserver une place de parking parce que pas beaucoup de place libre.

Es war ein schönes Hotel. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Im Zimmer war jedoch nur ein kleiner offener Schrank (zu wenig Platz) für zwei Personen. Das Frühstück war gut, jedoch Ausbaufähig.

Paid normal price, for a terrible, really bad room

General condition of the room is that it needed painting and it looked like it hadn't received maintenance for years. No air-condition caused extremely hot room temperatures on top floor with extremely bad insulation. Inexistent/extremely poor wifi, kept losing connection (even though hotel advertised with free wifi - for browsing/emails it kind of worked, was slow - but no streaming, they didn't tell that - after some minutes, I always lost connection). No minibar, bad-to-average cleaning. Parking was 15 minutes away walking distance with heavy luggage at a price of 20 euros per day. They should be more honest. All in all I had a terrible experience, especially due to missing wifi, paperthin walls (=noisy, hearing tv's in other rooms, birds from 4 AM in the morning). Incorrect plumbing (they had swapped hot and cold tubes, never cared to fix it though, apparantly). Shower+bathroom, extremely small and unpleasant. The bill/receipt had a single line with the total price - nothing else - NO SPECIFICATION. Ridiculous amateurs. Hotel cannot be recommended - but I heard that the same hotel also has newer rooms, which I expect and think is of much much better quality. I was just unlucky here. I wouldn't even have liked this hotel room, if I had paid half the price. The ground floor with breakfast etc is of normal/average standard, no as bad as my incredibly hot and bad room.

Court séjour à Ostende

Deux nuits dans cet hôtel, très bien situé près du port, gare et plage. Personnel accueillant, souriant et multilingue. Propre, calme et identification des étages originale, par couleur. A recommander sans hésitation

Das wlan war eine Katastrophe. Viele Webseiten konnte man überhaupt nicht wie sonst öffnen. Der erste morgen beim Frühstück war sehr verwirrend. Da vom Personal niemand Englisch oder Deutsch sprach wußte man nicht wo man Teller Besteck und Tassen bekommt. Erst durch Zeichensprache war es möglich. Es wäre sehr sinnvoll gewesen beim einchecken einen Zettel mit entsprechenden Hinweisen in mehreren Sprachen zu bekommen. Mundschutz war vorgeschrieben aber kaum jemand hielt sich daran. Wurde vom Personal auch nicht moniert.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Die Lobby wurde kürzlich renoviert und sieht toll aus, aber die Zimmer oder zumindest unseres nicht. Auf den Etagen und den Zimmern ist es nicht so modern und riecht etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Parken ist etwas teuer, aber die Lage ist super! Das Hotel bietet viele Aktivitäten an!

Literie, laisse a desirer. Nous avions reserver le parking arrive a l hotel pas de parking de libre pour nous. Nous avons trouve une alternarive parki'g spus terrain a payer 40eu a l hotel chose que nous avons fait plus 20eu d accompte. Arrive au parking souterrain la carte ne fonctionnait pas nous avons eu alors un ticket hors que nous avions une carte de parking. Bref on laisse la voiture la une nuit. Nous la reprennons le matin pour aller a plopsaland nous paions 20eu dans le parking souterrain pour sortir, nous allons donc explique a l hotel le probleme " ce n est pas possible c est vous" bref nous la remattons au soir dans le parking souterrain avec leur sois disant carte qui fo'ctionne. Nous la reprennons le matin et demando's du coup le remboursement de l hotel de 20eu etant donne que nous les avons paye au parking. Cela est refuse donc 60eu de parking hors que de basse cela revenait a 40eu ils ne sont pas honnete du tout et pas agreable nous n'y rerournerons plus
