"I found the service apartment well maintained and the basic amenities provided have been well thought through. The front desk was also helpful and polite. It is at a stones throw away from Bencoolen MRT station and there are some very good food , grocery options within a 3-4 minute walk. I would rate these service apartments highly."

"Staying here for a week was a great decision. Not only is the property comfortable and spacious, it’s walking distant to some amazing areas around Singapore. The only downside was the lack of sound proofing. You can hear every conversation and footstep in the hallway and all the movements in the room next door. "Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, sehr gute Zimmerreinigung. Die Zimmer selbst sind mittlerweile etwas in die Jahre gekommen (sieht man teilweise etwas), allerdings gab es keine Defekte o.ä. Ein Punkt, den ich weniger gut fand, ist die Aufteilung der Standard-Suiten. Ja, es gibt zwei WCs, was erst mal super ist. Allerdings ist das Bad nur durch eine Tür vom Wohnzimmer getrennt, zum Schlafzimmer aber mehr oder weniger offen. Ja, die Glasscheiben, die das Bad vom Schlafzimmer trennen,...

Good family hotel & quite budget friendly too

"First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
