"Everything was excellent with the exception that it was difficult to get into and out of the shower. I am no longer as agile as I was when younger and although there were safety bars,I found it difficult, the base of the tub was slippery in areas where there wasn’t a mat."

Pool area but more sunbeds needed only 6 and when one guest reserves 3 even there is only 1 of them there in 2 hours!!!! We reserved the Premium room but pantry choices quite poor we expected at least cokes etc not just water and juices. "

"We stayed at Mi Bencoolen for four nights. The room was clean and well maintained, though quite small—but we knew that when we booked, so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff was friendly, check in was simple, and WiFi was fast. The hotel was quiet and conveniently located near the MRT, along with plenty of restaurants and bars, which is why we chose it."
