"We are a bit apprehensive about booking a hostel for the family but the room had everything we need. Its of course small but its Singapore so we expected that. The breakfast is basic but coffee, tea, toast and cereal was on offer so was good. The service was execllent and the staff were always on hand even at 1am when we checked in!"

Our room was clean and had the most comfortable mattress, and a very convenient small sofa and desk for our use. To those who are looking at the shared facilities and are unsure - do not fret! They were clean, well kept, toilets had bidet facilities for those requiring it, shower...

"It’s room to sleep in. There’s nothing particularly special or exciting about the wink. Staff are happy to help the slight passive aggressive notes on the walls can be bit jarring. This is not what you would consider a “social” hostel either, very much a place to safely store bags and to sleep. It’s location is very useful too, not far from the hawkers centre, within walking distance of the Maria sands bay and most transport links."
