"worst stay ever. waited 30 minutes for check in and after check in, air cond is not functioning. was told that technician on the way but no news after 30 minutes. called second time and requested to change a room but was rejected. toilet was also stuck btw. technician came and fixed but the room was still warm after an hour. went straight to the check in desk and requested to change a room due to the conditions but was told to wait for another 3 hours. what? in the end we only managed to get a...
