"We loved our stay at Plaza. The rooms were spacious as were the bathrooms. We enjoyed the view from the 15th floor. We parked our car in the garage and everything we needed was close and walkable. The themed floors added to the ambiance."

"The outdoor sitting area was super cute, the property was very clean and the amenities and decor were welcoming. The street is very loud at night; helpful ear plugs were provided. The lobby offers wine for sale. The bed was comfortable and the king room bathroom had two sinks. Convenient location to walk around mid-town. Memorable stay."

"Parking was great, check-in easy, food at Hannah's Table great. Wish there was printed materials in room about all the hotel amenities and any surrounding attractions instead of having to see everything online. We are older travelers and don't use our phones for much more than calling. If need to stay in Reno again in the future would stay here again."

"There was an employee named Blanca who was the highlight of our stay, as well as the two male front desk employees (I don’t remember their names), but they demonstrated the utmost professionalism and service ever! The staff is friendly, helpful and the premises were in pristine condition. Definitely staying here again!"

"There was no hot water in the shower and the bed was so old that the springs were sagging and every time one of us moved the other one moved. The breakfast was old granola bars and coffee that was terrible. The only ice machine is in the lobby and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since it was installed. The parking lot didn’t have enough spaces for the amount of rooms that were there. We were told to park across the street at the casino’s free parking."

"Over all experience was terrible, from the moment I walked in. The guy at the front desk directed me to a kiosk to check in virtually… so I wondered why he was even there.. at the kiosk the guy checking me in virtually tried to charge me an xtra 60 dollars. When asked about the cost he couldn’t give me a straight answer. And we went back and forth until I was able to pull up Expedia receipt, at which point he just took the xtra charge off and ignored my question about why he was trying to...

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"Rooms were clean but they need updated sheets and better soap restaurant area was not as clean as we’d like but it was open late which was great. Staff at hotels and restaurants were nice.. All in all a good reliable and affordable stay"
