"What was not expected was presented at check-in online with a choice of either non refundable £40 deposit or refundable £300 deposit!. Gambled on refundable deposit and did get it a week later. For only 1 night!"

"En general bien ,único detalle si quieres limpia tu habitación diario debes avisar para que la limpien, de otra manera la dejan sucia"

"We had a great stay! Sabrina was so friendly and helpful. We hope to come back soon!"

"Abdual was amazing with helping me find the entrance. Lovely crazy rooms, will be back soon!"

"Had a wonderful 6-day stay at the gorgeous Royal Bell. Exceptional service—everyone was eager to please and made sure our stay was flawless. It's in the heart of Bromley and convenient to stores and restaurants. We booked a deluxe double room, which was spacious, including the bathroom and its oversized shower. Gorgeous bathroom hardware and a VERY comfortable king-sized bed. Luxurious linens and modern furnishings with a nod to its historic past. The surprising bonus was the ground floor back...

"Staff were amazing and accommodating! The room was nice! Had a couple marks but nothing to raise an issue about. Stain on table, carpet and pillow. Again though nothing to raise an issue about. 1000% will look to stay here next time comic con is around :) very happy customer. Thanks!"

"Nice, clean, well equipped rooms at a reasonable price. Will stay again."

"Clean room. Nice breakfast"

"The housekeeping staff is exceptional. The room id cleaned thoroughly, and I appreciate the excellent service. However, the paid parking is extremely frustrating and feels like a rip-off. After already paying a substantial amount for the hotel, having to spend close to £80 per day on parking is unreasonable, especially for guests who need to leave and return to the hotel three or four times a day. Based on my experience, the price I paid for the junior suite was far too high considering the...

"There are two elevators to get into the hotel - one was broken for 2 out of 3 days of our stay. There technically are stairs too but when we asked they were locked. Hotel itself is beautiful, especially having a room on the river side. However we stayed during the comiccon weekend and felt judged?? The service was poor, no enthusiasm to do anything - at one point we had a dinner at the bar and asked for a box to take our leftover pizza with us. We were told thats not an option and the guy...

"Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there"

"We absolutely loved our stay here! We were made to feel immediately welcome and our nervous dog felt right at home. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were fantastic and friendly throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our meal in the evening and the cooked breakfast was fantastic! Parking was easy and the hotel is located centrally in the beautiful village. We would definitely come back!"

"Great location for music!"

"Great location & helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Bar always seemed to be understaffed however. A little tired decor wise but the rooms were clean."

"Great stay, property was clean and staff were pleasant, didn’t stay for breakfast so can’t comment on that but overall great value for money"

"Beautiful old pub right in the centre of Greenwich. Really comfortable beds and all the amenities you could need for a short stay. Perfect."

"Really clean room and friendly staff"
