"We enjoyed our stay at this property, there is a restaurant downstairs and the in-house bakery was perfect for breakfast. We used the laundry facilities (coins are needed). There is a convenience store close by. Location wise, most days we needed to walk to Shinjuku station (15 minute walk) to get where we needed. We loved the Shinjuku Chuo Park across the road, it was lovely to walk in. "

"Overall experience were good. Onsen were good, bed is too hard for us We were unhappy with the check out experience. The front desk is calling us three times for the 15 minutes delayed. Check out time is very stiff, no flexibility."

"Convenient location allowing quick access to shinjuku and shibuya. Rooms are small but not the smallest I’ve seen. Has all basic amenities and facilities."

"Breakfast menu was great , staff amazing and friendly. Also made an effort when asking questions in my broken Japanese.Helped with my luggage delivery to Osaka. Hotel clean tidy and in a good location near Shinjuku Station. Linen replenished when I needed it and place had good facilities. Definitely recommended "

"We were there for a conference at Sophia University so it was only a 5 min walk to both the university and the train station. Lots of places to eat in the area."

"Excellent all around, except breakfast buffet. Need improvements: breakfast buffet is the same everyday. Not good for people stay over 2-3 days as the food offerings are the same. The same is true for Lounge food. Same repetition everyday. "
