"Great hotel! Our room was very spacious, modern, and comfortable which can be tough to find in historic Newport. Yummy breakfast delivered right to your room, too. The only issue was that the floors/walls seem very thin, so we could constantly hear people walking and flushing the toilet/showering above us. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again due to the location, parking, breakfast, and spacious layout. "

"Overall good. The front desk staff/breakfast attendant was EXCELLENT. Pool is indoors and warm. Breakfast was buffet, hot and had eggs and a protein each morning. The 8 person room truly can accommodate 8. The water in the room would only provide hot water after a while and only sometimes, don't know what that was about. "

"Charming and cozy bed and breakfast. Great choice for an extra special treat with extra amenities. Very welcoming and warm vibe. Wine at 5, snacks in hall and breakfast all made it feel very homelike. We are already planning when to go back!"
